U Rules

ULiveandLearn and its affiliates, officers and directors do not support, sanction, encourage, verify, or necessarily agree with comments posted to the publicly accessible areas of this site.

- upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights ("Rights") of any party;
- upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation;
- upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any personal information (including names, social security numbers, addresses, phone numbers, etc.);
- upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
- interfere with or disrupt the site, its associated software, hardware and servers in any way, or impede or interfere with other(s) use of this site, or alter or tamper with any materials or information associated with or posted on this site;
- intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law;
- "stalk" or otherwise harass another; or
- collect or store personal data about other users.
