Program Overview

Do you want to leave something that will be appreciated and cherished by generations? As the years pass, family memories and anecdotes can get lost, leaving people wondering who they are and where they came from. Learn how to collect, collate and write about the important events in your family's past. Turn stories and facts into a real book - for your own pleasure, and for that of your relatives and children.

Program Features

  • Understand and appreciate social history from a personal perspective.
  • See your family history in a wider social context.
  • Prepare your research, findings and family photographs in book form.

Adverbage, Ltd.
Adverbage - We Put You Into Words My educational background is in the social sciences. I have a BA in archaeology and folklore, an MA in Social Anthropology and a doctoral in folklore (ethnology). Reluctant to become tied down to one place, I now work as the editorial director of an agency which offers writing, editing and translation services (www.adverbage.com). This is the kind of work that can be down from anywhere!

Before moving to Rome, where I now live, I was based in Mexico and Central America, working on an anthropological research project as well as writing on a freelance basis.
