Register for Free Program

This program includes two on-demand recorded webcasts, available for access any time.

Join Jennifer Tucker, Consulting Director of OKA, for two unique organization development webcasts.

In Understanding and Diagnosing Teams and Organizations, we will teach you a comprehensive and scaleable model for assessing and interpreting the challenges facing organizations, projects, and teams. The model – called the Wrapped Cable Model - consists of seven core elements - mission, structure, leadership, processes, people, money, and environment - contained within a defining shell, representing the eighth element of culture. Using descriptions, examples and stories, the objectives of the session are to: (1) teach you how to use this model either in your own organization or as a consultant in another, (2) provide you with a series of questions that you can ask to learn more about each model element; and (3) explore a variety of techniques for intervening with teams and organizations based on diagnostic findings.

In Managing Talent by Building Self-Awareness: Personality and Team Assessment Instruments, we introduce five personality tools and self and team assessments that OKA uses with its clients to support topics such as leadership, communication, conflict, team development, motivation and emotion, change management, and project management. The objectives of the session are to introduce you to a range of theories and instruments, and guide you in matching them to a range of different needs. Tools reviewed include the MBTI Assessment, the Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI), Reversal Theory, the Leadership Spectrum Profile, and the Klein Group Instrument (KGI). The session includes information on the content, application and administration of the various tools.

Jennifer Tucker (Consulting Director) is an experienced group facilitator and trainer, management consultant, and project manager.
