We will explore the goal of inclusion and how to move toward it in today’s ever-changing organizations. And we will discuss why learning about diversity and inclusion must be an on-going goal.

We will introduce concepts and skills that are needed to move an organization toward its goal of inclusion. We will address the topic of Social Group Identity or membership. We will also discuss Tracking these group dynamics at various levels of organizations.

At the end of the Webinar, viewers will have a better sense of what their next steps could be in moving their own organizations forward.
