Previously, Rod was the Chief Operating Executive of the Blue Cross Blue Shield Federal Employee Program, where he successfully pioneered the wiki-management discipline and significantly advanced the organization’s capacity for innovation, resulting in increased market share and unprecedented operational and financial performance.
